Complaints

If you have a complaint about an area of our service, you can do one of the following

  1. Speak to your Marsh Client Executive or Relationship Manager. You can phone them on 0800 627 744.
  2. Contact us by completing our online complaints form

As part of our obligations under the Financial Advisers Act, Marsh has joined the FSCL (Financial Services Complaints Ltd) scheme. You can find out more about this scheme by visiting their website - www.fscl.org.nz.

Marsh is also a member of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand ("IBANZ"). You can obtain a copy of the IBANZ’s Code of Professional Conduct and Complaints Procedure at http://www.ibanz.co.nz.
