This is an entry-level position that provides the opportunity to gain a basic technical understanding of relevant major classes of insurance and acquire an awareness of the client’s business and insurance needs. The prime responsibility is to provide assistance to the team, in all aspects of client service, including administration, technical support and business development through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation
Broker
This role is a career progression from the support broker role. It provides the opportunity to continue development of the principles of insurance and may also provide the opportunity to commence direct client contact. The prime responsibility is to provide assistance to Risk Advisers, in all aspects of client service, including administration, technical support and business development through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation. The position may include the self-servicing of small client accounts under supervision of senior client executive.
