This role is client-facing and provides an opportunity to further strengthen insurance skills and establish client servicing skills. The prime responsibility is to assist senior risk advisers in all aspects of client service, including face to face client contact, administration, technical support and business development. The position may include the self-servicing of small to mid-sized client accounts under supervision of senior risk advisers.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high quality customer service is provided at all times. Coordinate, manage and develop Brokers, Risk Advisor and Administrative staff through clear and effective communication, delegation and performance management. Consistently attain set revenue and expense budgets
